This study aimed to develop the technologies to distinguish certain medicines based on the image processing techniques as well as the photographing the unique information of the drug imprint codes. It aimed to develop mobile application based on the source technologies and improve applicability by strengthening the connection with the medicine information held by Korea Pharmaceutical Information Center. In particular, it aimed to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of drug imprint code identification application and identify how they directly influence on improvement of the safety of the patients.
